Was Karl Marx Satanic? (Part 1.)

Chuck Morse Amazon Kindle Page

 http://t.co/oxZNlr94Fw

Examining the life and faith of Karl Marx, the patron saint of the left, offers insights into the mind and the actions of the left today. Rev. Richard Wurmbrand, the author of Marx & Satan makes a convincing case regarding the satanic beliefs and practices of Marx and his coterie of radicals. The amoral philosophy of Marx, the dialectic, the convoluted and inverse style of communication, the worship of earthly power, these are all telltale signs of satanic worship and are the hallmark of the left approach to life and politics today. Certainly Marx’ spawn, Nazism and Communism, unleashed more evil into the firmament than have any other cults in history. As Jesus said on the Mount: “A good tree cannot bear evil fruit, an evil tree cannot bear good fruit…know them by their fruits.”

Marxist ideas have been submerged into an unwitting culture, a culture that is not consciously engaging in satanic worship. Yet the satanic influence of Marx continues to permeate society today whether or not one is literally a devil worshipper. Wurmbrand speculated that Marx was a follower of British occult figure Joanna Southcott, one of the many 19th Century expositors of the “new age.” This author considers the 18th Century Jewish Satanist and occultist Jacob Frank to have more in common with Marx’ approach to life and politics.

Jacob Frank (1726-1791) claimed to be the Messiah and formed a secretive heretical sect that broke away from Judaism. Frank was a follower of Shabtai Zvai, another Jewish false messiah from the previous century. The Frankists, followers of Jacob Frank, formed secret societies after a rabbinic excommunication of him and his followers from Judaism at the 1722 Assembly of Lemberg. The satanic nature of the Frankist movement was indicated by their belief in the virtue of reversing all norms of sexuality and morality while glorifying that which is considered immoral. Sigmund Freud, who popularized the concept of polymorphous perversity, was probably influenced by the Frankists.

Marx viewed himself as a messiah. Like Jacob Frank, who claimed along with his followers to have converted to Catholicism, and like Frank’s predecessor in heresy Shabtai Zvai and his followers, who claimed to have converted to Islam in 1666, Marx advocated subversion and the necessity of shape-shifting ones image and tactics to suit conditions. The necessity and justification to lie was codified in leftist thinking by Russian revolutionary Sergei Nechayev and his influential tract Catechism of a Revolutionist. This author has noticed that some left-wing guests on his radio talk show over the years become conservative once they get wind of the conservative orientation of the host. By this means, by deception, the left-wing guest avoids an argument that might require an explanation and defense of leftist positions and beliefs.

Like Frank and his followers, Marx and his coterie believed in God as a common misconception about Marx is that he was an atheist. Marx and his colleagues sought to overthrow God. This view was summed up by Michael Bakunin, a close collaborator of Marx and a fellow founder of the First International:

The Evil One is the satanic revolt against divine authority, revolt in which we see the fecund germ of all human emancipations, the revolution. Socialists recognize each other by the words “In the name of the one to whom a great wrong has been done.”

Satan [is] the eternal rebel, the first free thinker and the emancipator of worlds. He makes man ashamed of his bestial ignorance and obedience; he emancipates him, stamps upon his brow the seal of liberty and humanity, in urging him to disobey and eat of the fruit of knowledge.

The skill of the leftist political communicator today is to say absolutely nothing in long and elaborately adorned sentences that sound important and profound. The ultimate sign of a skilled left-wing dialectician is noted by the ability to state two diametrically opposite principles in the same speech and even the same sentence. These two talents are verbal examples of the satanic method which is one of deceit and or extolling an overthrow of conventional norms. President Barack Obama is an example of a highly skilled left-wing dissembler and dialectician.

Harry Potter Books teach Witchcraft to Children

Harry Potter Books teach Witchcraft to Children
The Harry Potter books are pure unadulterated witchcraft.
While they may be exiting and attractively packaged, the Harry Potter adventure series are, nonetheless, introducing millions of children to the practices and rituals of Wicca.
Equally insidious is the subtle indoctrination, through the Harry Potter series, of paganistic Wicca belief, philosophy, and values.
The books, marketed to impressionable children, pose a long-term threat to Judeo-Christian faith and culture.
The Harry Potter books are virtual manuals for occult practices and beliefs.
Under the guise of innocent fun, children are imitating the words, mannerisms and dress of witches.
In the first book of the series, “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone,” the orphaned Harry Potter is taken to “Hogwart’s School of Witchcraft and Wizardry” where he learns how to use witchcraft equipment, work with demon spirits, and use words such as “Azkaban,” “Circe,” “Draco,” “Erised,” “Hermes,” and “Slytherin.”
These are Wicca names for devils and demons.
The arch villain “Voldemort,” is described as “He who must not be named,” the same description Wicca uses for their seventh of seven satanic princes, who represents Christianity.
Harry sports a purple thunderbolt on his forehead, the Wicca symbol for Satan also used by the New Age practicing Nazi SS.
Many Harry Potter devotees, mainly children, are sporting thunderbolt stickers as a way of identifying with Harry Potter, the apprentice wizard who assumes amazing powers.
Harry Potter travels between the magical world and the world of muggles, which is the mundane world of those of us who reject witchcraft.
Harry’s cruel aunt and uncle, portrayed villainously, reject witchcraft.
This view typifies the “New Age” and Wicca outlook, not to mention the aristocratic minded political left, which is that they possess an almost magical knowledge which makes them superior to those who are “less enlightened” and which entitles them to use the levers of power to enforce their ideas for the good of the “less fortunate.”
Judeo-Christian values teach that the individual can overcome evil, both in his own life and in the world, by developing character through hard work, integrity, and courage.
The New Age idea, promoted in Harry Potter, believes that some sort of external and amoral magic is required.
Judeo-Christian faith teaches that G-D created man in his image, not that man would strive to embody godlike powers himself.
Such strivings by man to embrace supernatural powers is no mere childsplay, but underlies every utopian movement in history that has sought to “transform,” to use another Wicca term found in Harry Potter, man into a new being.
This is the philosophy that animated both Nazism and Communism and that animates the satanic Islamic extremism of today.
American public schools are apparently planning to use Harry Potter, which means that public schools will be explicitly endorsing and furthering Wicca, in violation of federal law which bans religion from public schools.
The Bible was banned from public schools in the 1960’s.
Berit Kjos, author of “Brave New Schools,” comments that Harry Potter fits the agenda of the education change-agents as they implement the UNESCO “lifelong learning” program through “Goals 2000.”
“Lifelong learning” states that:
“Everyone - in homes, schools, and workplace – must be mentally prepared to participate in the consensus process.
In the name of unity and community, people of all ages must help form new values, challenge contrary beliefs, report non-compliant friends and relatives, and oppose all other obstacles to compromise, common ground and mental health.”
Harry Potter contributes to this “unity” by advocating the “new values” of the occult.
The muggles, those who maintain “contrary beliefs,” are viewed as “obstacles to compromise, common ground and mental health.”
The young student is taught to “report non-compliant friends and relatives” much as the occult New Age Nazis did to implement their “new values.”
Likewise, the Soviets knew how to handle those who were “obstacles to compromise, common ground and mental health.”
Beret Kjos offers many practical strategies to counter the Harry Potter influence:
KNOW THE TRUE GOD. When children know God, they will recognize the seductive counterfeits.
SHUN OTHER GODS. It’s tempting to believe the beckoning voices that display enticing counterfeits of all God’s wonderful promises.
The power is within you, they say. Don’t listen to the lies.
REMEMBER HISTORY'S LESSONS. The witchcraft and wizardry in Harry Potter books may be fantasy, but they familiarize children with a very real and increasingly popular religion – one that few really understand.
Far removed from the terrors of tribal witchcraft and shamanism, Americans are oblivious to the bondages that normally follow occult favors.
But historical and archeological records have traced the earth-centered myths, practices, and consequences through the millennia.
The human cruelties involved in pagan worship included torture, mutilation and human sacrifice.
Many of these practices continued in parts of the world until the 20th century, when the spread of Christianity with its emphasis on love and the value of life, made most of these cruelties intolerable.
But now the world turns, once again, from God’s truth to the world’s gods and rituals.
SHARE GOD'S LOVE WITH EVERYONE. God's way to multicultural understanding and global unity is essential today.
He cares for people in every culture, longs to set them free, and wants to love them through us.
Harry Potter may conquer evil forces with witchcraft, but in the real spiritual world, no pagan power can counter the frightening consequences of dealing with demons. Only God can.
DON'T APOLOGIZE FOR YOUR FAITH.
REMEMBER THAT GOD IS FAR GREATER!
PRAY. Only God can slow the massive international movement toward conformity to pagan beliefs and values.
In a nation that has traded truth and reality for politically correct tolerance and unity, Christians are called to remain faithful, prayerful and hopeful in Christ, who offers genuine love and unity.
WEAR GOD’S ARMOR--a set of strategic truths that exposes and counters every deception.
Don’t forget that our real enemy is the spiritual hierarchy of occult forces, not globalist educators or well-meaning teachers.
Only God's power and protection will enable our children to resist and triumph.

Harry Potter And The Education Change-Agents
Toogood Reports ^ | November 6, 2001 | Charles A. Morse
Posted on Tue Nov 06 2001 12:08:10 GMT-0400 (Atlantic Standard Time) by Starmaker
The overwhelmingly mean spirited response to my recent column critiquing the Harry Potter phenomena compels me to write a follow up. Some of the opinion websites, which usually carry my columns, apparently found this topic too hot to handle and took a pass. Where the column did appear the letters and emails were surprisingly furious and often personal and ugly. Based on the tone of the response, one would think that criticizing Harry Potter was like insulting someone´s mother.
The substance of my review was that the Harry Potter books are the equivalent of manuals for witchcraft. Having said this, I recognize that pagan and new age motifs permeate our society to such a degreethat they are virtually unavoidable. My own 3-year-old daughter likes to talk about magic, wizards, and Halloween even though my wife and I choose not to participate. I´m not particularly concerned about this although I keep an eye on it.
My contention is that the Harry Potter books, however, are different in their high degree of advocacy of Wicca and New Age beliefs. These books blatantly instruct the reader in Wicca rituals and practices and use explicit Wicca names and incantations. They provide new age religious instruction in a way that is comparable to the Roman Catholic instruction of the Catechism. Maybe the millions who admire these brilliant and captivating books think witchcraft is as great and wholesome as apple pie and baseball, which is their right. I simply seek to point out the nature of these cultural phenomena and let the consumer be informed. Please don´t shoot the messenger.
The education change-agents who run our public schools blatantly recognize the religious nature of the Harry Potter books even as they introduce them as part of the curriculum. These hypocrites explain that while they ban the Bible, under the guise of Supreme Court decisions, the same decisions don´t apply to Harry Potter and Wicca because these constitute a minority faith that challenges a dominant Judeo-Christian faith. Harry Potter represents, they explain, a sort of religious affirmative action program necessary to promote "diversity."
The truth is that Wicca appeals to the education change-agents because it teaches moral neutrality and ambiguity. Rather than achieving through hard work, study, temperance, courage, and a sense of honor, the student of Wicca is taught to achieve through hocus pocus and an outside force that he simply needs to learn how to conjure up. Rather than belief in a creator of the universe, which is separate from man who is created in his image, Wicca believes that man can be as God and be possessed by supernatural powers.
The young practitioners of Wicca, in Harry Potter, are taught to feel superior to the "muggles" which is the term the books use for non-believers or critics of witchcraft who are portrayed villainously. This attitude is a classic reflection of the socialistic education change-agents themselves with their longstanding Jihad against those who hold "traditional values." It´s also the attitude of the Taliban and Islamic extremists who feel superior to those of us living in the Dar es Harb, which is how they describe the non-Muslim world.
Harry Potter is nothing more than a sugarcoated dose of paganism, pure and simple. Pagans, and their leftist fellow travelers are exulting in the success of Harry Potter and understand its effectiveness in their war against Judeo-Christian faith and values. Witchcraft, haunting spirits, and wizards, are becoming mainstream and those of us, who object, us Muggles, are viciously attacked as intolerant and crazy. I can attest to this based on the reaction to my writings on this topic already. Perhaps paganism has made more inroads than what presently meets the eye.

The Assassins

The Assassins

By Charles A. Morse
web posted September 17, 2001

The Islamic terror network, the one which just shoved a dagger
into our hearts, has astonishing similarities to an ancient Islamic
terror sect known as the Assassins, founded by Hasan bin
Sabah, 1094. The modern term "assassination" is derived from
their name. During the Crusader period, they became famous for
their policy of using murder as a ritualistic tactic of terror. Like
their modern counterparts, the Assassins indoctrinated their
adherents into believing that murder was a religious duty. The
Assassins were also known as the "Hashshasin" or hashish
smokers. Their adherents would smoke hashish as a means of
preparing for their missions of murder.

In 1094, Hasan bin Sabah, a friend of the great Persian poet
Omar Khayyam, established himself in a mountain fortress on the
Caspian Sea called Alamut where he would cultivate a violent
personality cult. According to Nesta Webster, a source that,
admittedly, should be approached with a grain of salt, "The final
object was domination by a few men consumed with the lust of
power under the cloak of religion and piety, and the method by
which this was to be established was the wholesale assassination
of those who opposed them."

The Assassins, a tightly knit secret society, established a
pyramidal structure of organization and initiation that would later
be imitated by Freemasonry and most other fraternal orders.
According to Webster, the higher initiates into the order of the
Assassins believed that "Nothing is true and all is allowed." Jim
Marrs, the author of "Rule by Secrecy" states that a belief of the
Assassins was that "everything in creation, including humankind,
is part of a universal whole, a concept along the lines of Einstein's
unified field theory." The atheistic and amoral Assassins believed
in the concept of might makes right, an early version of Social
Darwinism. They, like their modern counterparts, cloaked
themselves in Islam while in fact they, like their modern
counterparts, sought to subvert and destroy Islam.

Hasan, according to the writings of Marco Polo, built elegant
palaces with lush landscaping in a hidden valley. Future recruits
would be drugged, taken to the palace where they would spend
several days in the company of opulence and beautiful women,
and then, after having been drugged again, returned to their
ordinary lives. After a couple of repeat visits, Hasan would
promise his new recruit this "paradise" eternally. The gateway to
this paradise, however, was through assigned murder. This
sounds an awful lot like the belief of today's modern Assassins. I
wonder if their modern handlers are taking their new young
recruits to some modern paradise, perhaps under the influence of
hashish or some other drug, with the same promises in exchange
for suicide. It certainly seems familiar and entirely plausible.

The Assassins, at their pinnacle of power, held great influence
over most of the rulers of the Middle East. This was
accomplished through spectacular acts of violence and
maintained through a threatening network of terror cells. The
Assassins had no particular loyalty to Islam as they allied
themselves with the Crusader Knights Templars in their war
against the Saracens. They were early practitioners of what is
presently called "realpolitique." Total power was the goal and
unspeakable violence was the means. The Assassins would
eventually be weakened by their own murderous nature, as
Hasan would be assassinated by his son, Mohammed, who
would in turn be poisoned by his son, who had learned of a plot
by his father to kill him. Mongol hoards would eventually finish
them off altogether.

Perhaps our government should consider these terrorists, who
just assassinated many of us, as a modern version of the
Assassins because that is exactly what they appear to be.
Through violence and threats of violence, they are controlling
many of the world's governments outright while others are
trembling with fear. They operate as a secretive syndicate who
employ assassination to terrorize anyone, including Muslims, who
gets in the way of their power. They are probably involved in
international drug trafficking and also probably employ secretive
pyramidal organizational techniques. By understanding the nature
and means of this subversive international conspiracy, our
leaders should be able to thwart these modern Assassins as the
Mongol hoards did to their predecessors.

Very relevant today. Amazing information. January 23, 2007
Format:Paperback|Amazon Verified Purchase
A very informative and revealing book on the role that Al-Husseini played in bringing about the dangerous situation in which we, in all the world, are living today. It leaves many questions unanswered, though, like: how or why the British, and later the French, favored this psycho so unashamedly. The crimes of this devilish man being left unpunished -even covered-up- claim for an explanation that is not offered here.

About 130 pages of fast and furious read. Very relevant to understand today's crisis between the suicidal West and the paranoid Muslim world. It has some very good analyses of the Palestinian conflict. It covers many issues related to the terrorism suffered by Israel thru the personal observation of relevant figures, not only Al-Husseini.

A book covering the whole 20th century, and practically the whole world geographically.

The Holocaust denial that is emerging in some parts of the West is a clear sign (as referred to in page 100) of more trouble on the horizon.

Do you still not know that God will bless those who bless Israel, for truly it is His people? So, also, he will crunch those who mistreat her.
Things pass slowly but surely. This short book gives a tremendous global view of what really matters in the world today. Capture the vision.

Review: From Hitler to Hamas

Chuck Morse Amazon Kindle Page

From Hitler to Hamas January 15, 2006
Format:Paperback
Haj Amin al-Husseini represented the opposite of the noble Emir Faisal Ibn Husein, the enlightened Arab King of Hejaz who had cordial relations with Chaim Weizmann and wanted to achieve a peaceful Middle East with co-operation between Jew and Arab.

Unfortunately Al-Husseini's ideology of hatred won out. As Grand Mufti of Jerusalem he spearheaded the imperialistic or utopian strain of Islam that has turned into a modern hydra. In 1920 he organised the murder of Jews who were praying at the Wailing Wall, and he never looked back. Throughout the rest of his time in Palestine he furthered his murderous designs because of the British policy of appeasement, with further campaigns in 1929 and from 1936.

In the 1930s Al-Husseini became a proponent of Hitler, eventually settling in Berlin where he encouraged the annihilation of European Jews and planned to become the leader of the Arab world in expectation of an Axis victory. He unceasingly promoted the Holocaust and Nazism amongst the Arabs. This strain of Nazism was a blend of National Socialism and fundamentalist Islam that would make deep inroads into the Arab world.

After the war Al-Husseini fled to Cairo where was instrumental in accommodating fleeing Nazis and organising for the destruction of Israel. The hatred of Israel now took on a Leftist flavour as the Soviet Union became the champion of the Arab cause. Arab leaders like Gamal Abdel Nasser, Saddam Hussein and Yasser Arafat were all influenced by his hateful ideas.

Al-Husseini did not only target Jews, but also moderate Arabs and the free West in general. Nazism was the spiritual and physical bridge by which Islamic extremism became prominent in the Arab world. He introduced the demented belief that utopia could be achieved on earth by the destruction of Israel and the annihilation of the Jews.

This malevolent Islamo-Fascism is the cause of much of the misery in the Arab world today and at the root of the hatred of non-Muslims, particularly the United States and Israel. In this, the extremists are assisted by international leftists. The Western democracies are now tasting the fruit of a decades long policy of appeasement towards this odious movement and its demonic founder.

But there is still a chance that the legacy of Emir Faisal might prevail, although recent developments in France and Europe as a whole do not look promising. Al-Husseini was without doubt one of the most evil personalities of the 20th century as meticulously documented in this revealing book.

Plenty of black and white photographs enhance the text, illustrating Al-Husseini's meetings with Nazi and Arab leaders, and of Bosnian Muslim brigades in World War II.

There are nine indices with documentary evidence of the historical narrative. Appendix A is the Balfour Declaration of 1917, B provides excerpts of the correspondence of King Faisal, C is the Weizmann-Faisal Agreement of 1919, D provides a dialogue between Lord Peel and Husseini from the Palestine Royal Commission Report.

Appendix E gives the minutes of a meeting between Hitler and Al-Husseini, F is an excerpt from the diary of Al-Husseini on his meeting with Hitler, G is a letter in which he asks the Hungarian government to send 1000 Jews to their death in Poland instead of allowing them to escape to Israel, H is his address to Arab-Americans and I is the Palestine National Covenant that denies the right of Israel to exist.

The text concludes with a moving prayer for the state of Israel by the Chief Rabbinate. It is a prayer that all true Christians would do well to heed and incorporate into their worship in these trying times. The book concludes with notes, an index and biographical information on the author.

I also recommend The Other War: Israelis, Palestinians and the Struggle for Media Supremacy by Stephanie Gutmann, Our Hands Are Stained with Blood by Michael l Brown, Dream Palace Of The Arabs by Fouad Ajami, Israel: Life in the Shadow of Terror by Nechemia Coopersmith, Myths And Facts by Mitchell G Bard and Unholy Alliance: Radical Islam And The American Left by David Horowitz.

Review: An Important "Lost Chapter" in Middle East History

Chuck Morse Amazon Kindle Page

 http://t.co/oxZNlr94Fw

Format:Paperback|Amazon Verified Purchase
Jew-hatred in the Islamic Middle East is at tremendous heights, and stands as a major obstacle to peace. How many know, however, that it was Hitler's man in Jerusalem, the old Mufti of Jerusalem Haj Amin Al-Husseini, who was most directy responsible for stoking the fires of Jew-hatred through his intimate connections with the Nazi regime. One of the big war-criminals who participated in the Jewish Holocaust, organizer of the Hansar Division of Muslim Nazis (with swastikas on their Fez hats) who enthusiastically slaughtered Jews, Gypsies and Serbs in the Balkans, who later organized coups against the British in Iraq, and fled with many old Nazis after the war to various Islamic nations, which welcomed them with open arms. Escaping the Nuremburg war crimes trials, and the hangman's noose, after the war years Al-Husseini went on to manipulate Middle East politics from behind the curtain -- always with the goal towards extermination of the remaining Jewish populations. Yasser Arafat was one of his minions, as was Nasser of Egypt, who filled his ranks with old SS officers who had escaped from Germany. Goebbels uebermensche anti-Jewish propaganda, circulated widely in Europe and the Middle East, was adopted by the Islamist and Palestinian terror groups, and today the same old recycled Nazi lies are being spread by mainstream Arab and Muslim news sources. This stands as a major obstacle to peace, but it is one which Western journalists are more likely to be ignorant of, or to be willfully disbelieving about. An incredible history is summarized in this book by Chuck Morse, facts which rarely get into the standard histories of the Middle East, or of Europe, due to a widespread emotional "blind spot" (or willful lies of omission) which seems to persist into this day, where Islamic fanatics are so often given a "free pass", allowing Jews to continually be misportrayed as the source of the world's evil. With Americans increasingly being cast as "The Devil" by the Islamists, taking on the same role as scapegoat as was historically reserved for the Jews, these facts of history need more attention, not less, and after 9-11 we ignore this material at our peril.

 Incisive & Original Commentary March 21, 2001
Format:Paperback
This is a remarkable collection of essays enlivened by scholarship and original analysis, phrases much used but rarely achieved. Chuck Morse is always readable which is a great gift in someone who responds to the pressure and excitement of breaking events. Part of what makes his essays (they offer far more than your typical topical columns)so engaging is the amount of scholarship into 20th century history, social science and philosophy that Morse packs into his lively and polemical discussions of current issues. He elevates consideration of familiar topics (the decay of public education, the intrusions of the Federal and State governents into individual and family life, the coercive uses of tax monies)to a level of clarity where readers can surprise themselves with fresh thoughts and insights on subjects too often buried in cliches. Visiting the essays in this collection is like browsing through an excellent library, where a skilled researcher has laid out key texts for the visitor. Morse is at his best in analyzing the history by which "change agents" from departments of Education and think tanks have purposefully shaped education into social and behavioral engineering with consequences it behooves all parents and citizens to consdier. This is a lively and engaging volume that sparkles with fresh insights and a passion for truth. Morse has been one of the best kept secrets of American commentary. A wider audience soon will be gratefully singing his praises, and applying his thoughts to local activism.

Review: A burden of proof met

Chuck Morse Amazon Kindle Page

 http://t.co/oxZNlr94Fw

A burden of proof met February 16, 2001
Format:Paperback
The mantra in science circles is that extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof. Chuck Morse's claim is that he is the most controversial commentator in America, an extraordinary one given people like G. Gordon Liddy, Oliver North, Don Imus and even Rush Limbaugh could claim that crown. Morse will be familiar to readers of Enter Stage Right as a senior writer and regular contributor. Based out of very liberal Boston and a self-described "politically conservative Jew," he also holds court every weeknight with a nationally syndicated talk show on the American Freedom Network.
To his credit, Morse marshals some strong evidence for his claim in a book of his collected work, "Thunder Out of Boston: Collected Columns of Chuck Morse," many of which have appeared in this magazine and others on the World Wide Web. Touching on subjects as wide-ranging as the Second Amendment to world government, why Bill Clinton shouldn't have been impeached - you read that right - to why Jesus Christ wasn't a communist, Morse pulls absolutely no punches. With a ruthless efficiency, Morse systematically takes on the sacred cows and deeds of liberalism one by one.
On the impeachment: while the "web of deceit and swirling around Clinton will forever remain a loathsome and despicable debacle," Morse states that the "impeachment has stained and cheapened the letter and spirit of impeachment in the Constitution. The charges did not include treason, bribery or high crimes and misdemeanors." Rather, he writes, presidents like Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Harry Truman, Dwight D. Eisenhower and Lyndon Johnson should have been hauled before Congress for actions they undertook.
Morse also trains his considerable guns on American policies both past and present, blasting in equal measure radical elements in the militia movement, the jihad against National Rifle Association president Charlton Heston, the cultural denigration The Beatles were responsible for, the role America played in installing Fidel Castro ("Fidel - Our Man in Havana" as Morse refers to him), and sex education, among others. There are few hot buttons that Morse fails to bash in the fifty essays that comprise the collection. While some of the issues presented in Thunder Out of Boston are no longer front-page items, Morse's take on them are interesting enough to warrant a second look.
If Morse has a failing it's that he sometimes comes across repetitive in both tone and words - leaving him open to the charge that he takes shortcuts instead of carefully building up his case. Repeatedly referring to your ideological enemies as communists may play well with John Birchers, but Morse a better writer than that and should avoid what could be construed as name-calling. Thunder Out of Boston also could have used some more editing with several essays suffering from typos.
As a case for Morse's claim, Thunder Out of Boston is difficult to ignore. Some conservative commentators have been moving towards the center in recent years, perhaps in a bid to prove they can extend their popularity beyond the stereotypical angry white male, and becoming less interesting in the process. It would be difficult to accuse Morse of a similar charge, either in print or on the air. Given how prolific he's been recently, don't be surprised to see a second edition that will prove becoming soft is a sin that Morse won't commit any time soon.

WHIGs, State Rights and Why National Politics is
Encouraging a New Third Party to Emerge

By Chuck Morse, Author, A WHIG Manifesto

Chuck Morse is a seasoned radio talk show host featured on CyberstationUSA.com’s “Fairness Radio with Chuck Morse & Patrick O’Heffernan”; he authored THE NAZI CONNECTION TO ISLAMIC TERRORISM and has contributed to major papers and magazines on political topics.

Many servicemen and women, returning to a federal government shutdown by party one-up-manship, turned to the philosophy of one of the nation’s founding parties to address their frustrations with such a breech in public service: They
revived the WHIG Party, the original hosts of the Boston Tea Party.
Modern WHIGs support the US Constitution’s guarantee to a balanced government, and not just the balance between executive, legislative and judicial branches of power, but also between the federal government and the states.
The Constitution clearly says: Powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
The founders expected the stronger levels of governing responsibility would reside with the level of government closest to the people. For the original WHIGS, this meant the power to regulate would reside with elected officials who represented the will of the people first. The Whigs of today are concerned over a turnover of governing authority from elected officials to unaccountable appointees, bureaucrats, judges, and international bodies.
The WHIGs goal is to preserve American sovereignty and security, a philosophy that is neither left nor right. The Whigs recognize that the most natural and fundamental balance in government resides in the balance between the government and the sovereign citizen.
This is why the WHIGs support the right of the individual to worship in public, to keep and bear arms, and to maintain the maximum level of control by the individual and the family over life, liberty, property, and destiny, and to have their civil and equal rights strongly protected.
While the WHIGs support a vigorous national government that invests in national infrastructure, protects domestic industry and labor, regulates national financial and banking institutions and issues debt-free currency, the Whigs also respect the prerogative of the states to regulate on such social questions as the definition of marriage and other family issues.
The WHIGs have championed civil rights on the national level, the right to equal justice under the law, since the days of the WHIG Administration of Abraham Lincoln. Yet regarding specific policies of welfare, education, health care, affirmative action, abortion, birth control, and other social questions, the Whigs trust the citizens of the states, and their elected state representatives, to render public policies that are suitable.
